Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JAS Return Gifts, your happiness matters to us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind after receiving your order, don’t worry—we completely understand.

Sometimes, a product may not feel right after it arrives, and that’s okay. That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free return and refund policy to make things easy for you.

Instead of refunds to bank accounts, we issue coupon codes equal to the product’s value. You can use this coupon code for your next purchase with us.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at jasreturngifts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Mention the product name and attach a clear image.

  • A complete unboxing video (360° view, from opening to showing the product without breaks or edits) is required for us to consider your return request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Returning the Product

  • After approval, please ship the product back to us within 5 days.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Use a reliable courier service and share tracking details with us.

  • If the product is damaged or returned without its original packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund coupon.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only as a one-time-use coupon code equal to the product’s value.

  • The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Once used, the coupon cannot be reused, extended, or transferred.

  • Refunds will not be issued via bank transfer.


Important Deductions & Conditions

  • ₹250 deduction applies for prepaid orders not accepted and returned, covering shipping costs.

  • If free shipping was applied during your order, ₹125 will be deducted when refunding.

  • If you place an order with a refund coupon and don’t accept it, the coupon will expire.

  • A maximum of two refund coupons can be issued against an original order. Beyond that, deductions will apply.

  • For online payments deducted without confirmation, contact us before placing another order. If not, 5% will be deducted as gateway charges.

  • Token amounts for COD orders are non-refundable. If the token is higher than ₹250, the balance will be issued as a coupon code.


Refund Timeline

  • Coupon codes are processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product and complete a quality check.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

  • Orders placed using a refund coupon cannot be combined with additional discounts.


Damaged Products

We pack with care and conduct a 3-level quality check, but in rare cases, if you receive a damaged product:

  1. Report within 48 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  2. Email details to jasreturngifts@gmail.com.

  3. For eligible Indian orders, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  4. After receiving and checking the item, we’ll either:

    • Send a replacement (subject to availability), or

    • Issue a coupon code refund equal to the product’s value.

Note: No monetary refund will be provided for damage-related cases.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement.

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch.

  • For COD orders, our team will confirm with you before shipping.

  • For Prepaid orders, if cancelled before shipping:

    • You can get a coupon refund (no deduction), or

    • A refund to your original payment method (5% deduction for gateway charges).

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
